   file per script, so a page that only uses English loads one small file per
   family it actually uses, and nothing for the families it doesn't:
     latin     - Western European letters, punctuation, arrows and symbols
     latin-ext - the rest of the accented Latin letters, loaded only when a
                 page shows one of them

   The family names are our own on purpose and there is no local() source: the
   browser can never take a font installed on the customer's computer in its
   place. A broken font installed as 'Inter' on one customer's PC once turned
   every editor label into symbols; that cannot happen with these names.

   hcileds-ui never swaps in front of the customer (font-display: optional).
   Site.Master preloads it and it is cached for a year, so it is almost always
   ready for the first paint; when it is not (a first visit on a slow line),
   that page simply stays on the computer's own font instead of changing font
   while being read. The Marketplace faces swap in once loaded, as they always
   have.

   The file names carry a hash of their contents and the site caches static
   files for a year, so a new cut of the font must get new file names (and the
   ?v= on the links to this stylesheet must change).
